Day: 7
Type of gum chewing: strawberry
Number of cigs smoked: 0
Number of people I have killed: 0

AT day 7, the craving are less and less. Now, it's mostly in my head that i need a cig. I have to break all the habits. Driving, eating, sitting and so on.
Thats all for now. Just wanted to update you all.
